Now we just need a bit more information to help determine which step is best for you.

Answer the following questions and choose the option that most fits who you are right now:

  • 1. My current health picture looks like:

    A) A skyscaper that just got demolished. There's chunks of building lying around, with dust and debris flying everywhere.

    Meaning: you have multiple symptoms and probably multiple diagnoses. You're dealing with multiple doctors, taking multiple medications, and you need to simplify and streamline it ALL.

    B) A three car pileup. Everyone is ok, but there are some bumps and dings, one of the cars is smoking, and the insurance is def about to go up.

    Meaning: You have 1-2 diagnoses, and are maybe managing one well. Maybe. Sometimes. Plus, you can tell that consequences are coming if you don't make some changes soon.

    C) That one smoke alarm that keeps going off, but you either can't find it or have stopped looking. It's not totally the end of the world......but it keeps beeping.

    Meaning: You've got a few nagging symptoms that you might be managing, but they continue to get louder with time.

  • 2. My current familiarity with integrative medicine:

    A) This is the first time I've worked with anyone other than an MD for my medical care

    B) I've seen an acupuncturist or chiropractor, but this is my first time working with an Naturopathic Doctor

    C) I've worked with a Naturopathic Doctor before, and have a good idea of what to look forward to

  • 3.  My current capacity to take on a new plan or protocol:

    A) A new what? Where? I can barely find my keys these days!

    B) I feel pretty comfortable making a couple changes right now, but don't pressure me...it could go sideways at any moment.

    C) I'm ready to change the world! Put me in coach!

  • 4. My present level of motivation looks like:

    A) 45% = This sounds really cool, but I'm not sure if I have capacity for 1:1 sessions

    B) 80% = Yes, finally! I've been looking for this for years!

    C) 150% = Lets Goooooo - where do I sign??

  • 5. When I take on a new program I'm most comfortable:

    A) Taking one step at a time, then building up as I feel ready

    B) Working in tandem with a coach - putting in the work but also being guided by an expert

    C) Jumping right in with minimal hand holding. Give me the blueprint and I can take it from there

  • Mostly A's: Novice/Hansel and Gretel

    Mostly C's: Executive Level/Special Delivery

    You're pretty self-motivated, and could use a few sessions to learn more about your health status & fine tune some symptoms. You might already have relative comfort with managing your own health, but like the idea of getting additional insight and guidance.  = Executive Consults
