1:1 Clinical Services

1:1 CLINICAL SERVICES is an inclusive wellness program, where we work together to create a customized treatment plan to identify the root of your symptoms and remedy them. Following your free consultation, we will meet monthly to discuss your overall progress and adapt treatment as needed.

Included

Our all-inclusive package includes an initial two hour intake and monthly follow up appointments. Throughout this process we’ll review labs, discuss overall progress, and create personalized treatment plans to include all areas of your lifestyle.
